Ha! Yes, I too have heard that about Brixham. There's still a couple of bookshops left in the town, though the Totnes Bookshop just closed last month - as much due to Covid as Amazon, I think. God knows how our towns will look in the future. A rough time for so many businesses - photgraphy included!

Thanks Colin - thats very kind. I'm in Totnes, just a stone's throw from Brixham - though I don't go there as often as I should!

Nice, I used to get the bus from Torquay to go book shopping. Loads of weird and wacky bookshops - are they still there or have they all closed due to the Amazon effect? Brixham is picturesque but I never wanted to live there. It was surprisingly rough - a lot of fishing towns are. The fishermen work hard and play hard. When the fleet is at sea its all calm but when they get back, getting a curry and some beers in the fridge is a better option.

Thank you Justin. Coming from someone with your portfolio this is praise. Where in Devon are you from - I lived in Torquay and worked in Brixham for 15 years.
